Xbox Live Vision Camera coming September 19th

According to Major Nelson, here are the release dates for the camera:

North America: September 19th
Europe and Asia (except Japan): October 2
Japan, Australia and New Zealand: No confirmed dates

    Not sure if I would be one to get this or not..? I wonder if there might be any lag during gameplay when having a live image on screen?
